Do you remember Nikko Garden, the Chop Suey House or Snow White Laundry and Cleaners? In this edition, you'll meet the Kimura's, an Anchorage pioneer family.
Wonderful memories of Nikko Garden when the whole Bethel high school band ate there in 1969 while performing at the Southwest Anchorage Alaska Music Festival. Will never forget that. I took a couple of photos with my new Instamatic 125 camera. Hard to believe that was 55 years ago!!
Went to Nico Gardens growing up in 60s—70s. Loved it.
